Our flagship local product (AxoLabsAI Email Agent) runs completely on your local CPU/GPU hardware. We do not transmit, collect, or store your emails, calendar events, personal contacts, or inference prompts on AxoLabs servers. Your data never leaves your device.

2. Information We Collect on Our Website

When you fill out our contact form or register for a download on axolabs.in, we collect your Name, Work Email, and message content. This information is transmitted securely and stored in private, restricted internal business records managed exclusively by AxoLabs, used solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry or fulfilling your software download.

3. Google Workspace Integration & Data Processing

Our software operates entirely via local AI inference on your hardware. When connected to your Google Workspace account, all email and calendar data processing, parsing, and drafting occur locally on your machine. AxoLabs does not act as a middleman, route your data through external cloud servers, or access your credentials. Your interactions are subject only to the privacy policies and terms of service of Google Workspace.

4. Analytics & Security

Our website utilizes Google Analytics to track basic visitor trends, and Google reCAPTCHA v3 to prevent spam submissions. These services may collect basic telemetry data (like IP addresses and browser types) according to Google's standard privacy terms.
