Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using products provided by AxoLabs (an MSME registered entity), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our software.

2. License to Use

AxoLabs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-device lifetime license to use the downloaded software for your internal business or personal use. You may not distribute, sub-license, decompile, or reverse engineer the software.

3. Google Workspace Credentials & API Usage

Our software requires you to configure and connect your own Google Workspace credentials. AxoLabs is not responsible for any usage fees, rate limits, API quotas, or account suspensions incurred on your Google account. You are solely responsible for securing your credentials and adhering to the Terms of Service of Google Workspace.

4. Limitation of Liability

The software is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall AxoLabs, or its founder Arun Baruah, be held liable for any data loss, workflow interruptions, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our local automation tools.

5. License Management & Transfers

Your lifetime license is tied to active machine activation counts per purchase tier. You are responsible for managing your license keys through the app's activation screen, including deactivating a key on an old machine before transferring it to new hardware.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the software shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
